Caila, our sweet girl, crossed the Rainbow Bridge much too soon. A most faithful, serious, protective, loyal, intelligent and true working Shepherd in all the words one can use to describe this magnificent breed. She fought the battle to the very end and didn’t want to leave her pack even though her body was more than ready. Her sense of duty was too strong. Caila was protective of her people and when strangers would come to the house, she would keep a close watch on them. For any visiting dogs, she would lay down the rules. She trained more than one dog on what it meant to be a dog. Caila never asked for anything, nor did she expect anything. Too many kisses or cuddles were not her thing, but at the end, she let us love her as much as we could. If she could speak, she would be a dog of few words. Rest well sweet girl…we will meet at the bridge… love, Janice, aka mommy Well done, be now at peace, love, Larry, aka daddy
